If you wish, you may send a brief description of upcoming committee activities that ICOM Canada can help promote.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The President\u2019s and Treasurer\u2019s reports will be presented along with the audited financial statements for 2014. In addition, ICOM Canada\u2019s By-Laws will be presented for approval by the membership. In order to properly plan for this meeting, we are sending you the minutes from ICOM Canada\u2019s last AGM (April 9th, 2014), the audited financial statements and the revised By-Laws in advance. Please do take the time to review these important documents prior to the meeting.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you are unable to attend, it is possible to participate by proxy.
