Dear Members,

You are cordially invited to attend ICOM Canada’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Thursday, April 16, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, Banff, Alberta.

On the occasion of this event, we invite members to report on the activities of the international committees in which you are involved. If you wish, you may send a brief description of upcoming committee activities that ICOM Canada can help promote. 

The President’s and Treasurer’s reports will be presented along with the audited financial statements for 2014. In addition, ICOM Canada’s By-Laws will be presented for approval by the membership. In order to properly plan for this meeting, we are sending you the minutes from ICOM Canada’s last AGM (April 9th, 2014), the audited financial statements and the revised By-Laws in advance. Please do take the time to review these important documents prior to the meeting. 

If you are unable to attend, it is possible to participate by proxy. We have some Board positions opening and you will be asked to vote on successors from among the candidates.
